NGUYeN PHuoNG ANH
Phuong Anh is a Senior Paralegal at Lawlink Vietnam, with experience in corporate and investment matters, foreign investment procedures, regulatory compliance and legal due diligence.
Since joining Lawlink Vietnam, Phuong Anh has supported the Firm’s lawyers in advising domestic and international clients on business establishment, corporate changes, investment licensing, regulatory filings and ongoing compliance matters. She has also participated in legal due diligence exercises and assisted in preparing legal assessments and transaction-related documentation.
Through her work with clients and investors from different jurisdictions, Phuong Anh has developed a practical understanding of the legal and administrative processes applicable to doing business in Vietnam. She is valued for her careful approach, organizational skills, responsiveness and sense of responsibility in managing assignments and coordinating with clients and competent authorities.
Phuong Anh graduated from Hanoi Law University in 2022. After two years of continuous development and contribution at Lawlink Vietnam, she was promoted to Senior Paralegal in recognition of her professional progress and commitment to the Firm’s standards of service.
