Professor Phan Van Truong
Professor Phan Van Truong is an internationally experienced strategist, business leader, educator, and the Founder of the Cấy Nền Ecosystem, a Vietnamese learning community dedicated to knowledge sharing, personal development, and responsible business leadership.
During his international career, Professor Truong held senior executive positions at several leading global corporations, including Alstom Power and Suez. His responsibilities spanned corporate strategy, business development, infrastructure, energy, water, environmental services, and major transport projects across Asia and other international markets.
As an engineer and business leader, he participated in and advised on major infrastructure and urban development projects, including metro, railway, port, water, electricity, gas, and environmental projects in numerous countries. Having worked and negotiated across diverse markets and cultures, he brings extensive experience in international transactions, cross-cultural negotiation, and the management of multinational teams.
Professor Truong has also taught regional planning, urban economics, management, and related subjects at Panthéon-Sorbonne University, the University of the Pacific, Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, and a number of other universities and educational institutions in Vietnam. Through his teaching, writing, and community activities, he has inspired generations of Vietnamese professionals, entrepreneurs, and young people to pursue lifelong learning and responsible leadership.
