Roubing yang
Roubing Yang is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He is also a Registered Migration Agent in Australia (MARN 1279114).
Roubing holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney, a postgraduate qualification in accounting from the University of New South Wales, and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Technology Sydney.
Before establishing his own law firm in Sydney, Roubing was a senior member of the migration advisory team at Deloitte Australia. During this time, he advised on and handled a wide range of migration matters, including employer-sponsored skilled migration and business innovation and investment programs.
Roubing has successfully assisted numerous business owners and investors from Australia, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, South Africa, the United States, and Vietnam with investment and migration matters in Australia. His combined background in law, business, and accounting enables him not only to understand the legal requirements of Australia’s migration framework, but also to appreciate each client’s commercial circumstances and investment objectives.
In the area of corporate migration, Roubing has advised businesses across a variety of industries and at different stages of development. For larger organisations, he works with international human resources teams to design and implement inbound mobility programs for personnel relocating to Australia. For small businesses and start-ups, he assists business owners and key personnel in identifying and pursuing appropriate pathways to temporary or permanent residency.
