Ruobing is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He is also a Registered Migration Agent (1279114)
He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney, as well as a postgraduate degree in accounting (UNSW) and a business degree (UTS).
Prior to him starting his own law firm in Sydney, he was a senior member of the migration team at Deloitte Australia, handling a range of visas, including employer nominated skilled migration, as well as business innovation and investor visas. He has secured over 30 business innovation and investors visas (subclass 188 and 132) for clients from Austria, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, South Africa, USA as well as Vietnam. Ruobing enjoys working with clients from a diverse business and cultural background and his business/accounting background has proven extremely useful in securing successful visa outcomes for his clients.
In the corporate migration space, Ruobing has assisted business of different industry sectors and sizes, including start-up businesses. For larger organizations, working with their international HR team, he plans their inbound mobility programs; and for smaller business and start-up companies, he has secured visas (temporary and permanent) for the business owners as well as their key personnel.
At Lawlink Vietnam, Ruobing is a senior associate. He frequently flies back and forth between Vietnam and Australia to handle investment and residency projects and business transaction for clients in Vietnam and China.
