Prior to founding Lawlink Vietnam in 2011, Thuy had a distinguished career in the public sector as an associate director of DONRE, District 9, Hochiminh City, and contributed her talent as a senior permanent member of several councils advising local government on resolving disputes, claims and litigations in many key projects of the City, includes High-tech park, Long Thanh - Dau Giay Highway, National Cultural Historial Park, and a variety of large complex infrastructure and real estate projects in HCM City.
In the private sector, Thuy practiced law at several law firms for 5 years before spending 8 years working as a General Counsel and a Senior Member of BOD to both domestic and multinational companies. She’s been playing key role as M&A deal-structurer in large volume of multi-million real estate projects in Vietnam and advised investors in direct investment and cross-border M&A transactions and operational issues in different business sectors and industries.
Her primary focus is on legal advice with respect to corporate and mergers & acquisitions, offshore business, and business litigation, covering a broad range of industry sectors including Education, Healthcare, Real estate & Construction, Technology information, Fintech, F&B, etc...
