Attorney Thuy Le is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lawlink Vietnam (LLVN).
With more than 20 years of legal experience, Thuy has worked across the public sector, corporate legal functions, and private legal practice in both domestic and international environments.
During her tenure in the public sector, Thuy served as Deputy Head of the Division of Natural Resources and Environment of District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. She was also a standing member of several professional councils advising local authorities and participated in specialized inspection teams established by municipal and central government authorities to address complaints and disputes arising from major urban development projects.
In this capacity, Thuy was directly involved in handling hundreds of complex matters relating to infrastructure and urban development projects, including the Ho Chi Minh City–Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway, the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, the National History and Culture Park, the Suoi Tien Cultural Theme Park, and numerous other major real estate projects across Ho Chi Minh City.
In the corporate sector, Thuy held General Counsel and senior management positions at a number of prominent domestic and international companies and groups, in Vietnam and S.E.A.
Her combined experience in the public sector, as in-house counsel, and in private practice gives Thuy a multidimensional understanding of the regulatory environment, corporate governance, and clients’ commercial objectives. She has structured, advised on, and negotiated numerous high-value investment projects, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and commercial transactions across real estate, hospitality and tourism, energy, education, healthcare, and fast-moving consumer goods.
In addition to managing LLVN, Thuy directly leads engagements involving domestic and outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and contracts, corporate restructuring, legal risk management, dispute resolution, and litigation.
Clients value Thuy’s ability to identify core issues quickly, establish a clear path forward, and develop flexible solutions aligned with their practical objectives. She is particularly skilled at navigating complex situations in which legal, commercial, and stakeholder considerations must be carefully balanced.
