On February 13, 2023, Lawlink Vietnam (“LLVN”) and Center For Healthcare Improvement Research Social Company Limited (“CHIR”) entered into a cooperation agreement under which LLVN will assist CHIR in promoting and implementing initiatives in the health sector.
This cooperation is primarily focused on raising awareness for medical personnel and consumers about the law on medical examination and treatment 2023 (which will be effective on January 1, 2024). At the same time, LLVN will support healthcare facilities and medical personnel by providing quality legal services related to the management, operation, and service provision of healthcare facilities.
