1. About the Role:

Lawlink Vietnam is seeking a Paralegal to support our lawyers in legal research, advisory work, and the execution of legal services for clients.

This position is well-suited for candidates with a solid legal foundation, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to building a long-term legal career. You will have the opportunity to work on real matters across various practice areas, including corporate, investment, M&A, labor, contracts, litigation, and dispute resolution.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on laws and regulations, practical application, and prepare supporting materials for advisory work.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, official letters, legal opinions, corporate and investment dossiers, and related materials.
Assist in preparing corporate registrations, licensing applications, and administrative procedures.
Support lawyers in transactions, advisory matters, litigation, and dispute resolution cases.
Monitor work progress, deadlines, and assigned tasks.
Coordinate with lawyers, clients, authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
Organize, manage, and maintain legal documentation in a systematic, accurate, and confidential manner.
Participate in internal training, professional discussions, and support the development of legal materials as assigned.

3. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
0–2 years of experience in the legal field.
Foundational knowledge of corporate, investment, labor, contracts, litigation, or dispute resolution.
Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills with clear and logical presentation.
Good command of English, particularly in reading legal documents; drafting in English is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
Basic understanding of legal tech and willingness to apply technology, including AI tools, to support research, drafting, document review, and workflow management.
Strong commitment to pursuing a professional legal career.
