DIEU DINH
Dieu comes from the abundant Mekong Delta. Early on, she aspired to become a lawyer, so after graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law with a degree in Commercial Law, Dieu embarked on her career path as a Paralegal at a law firm in Vietnam. During her time there, Dieu had the opportunity to engage in consulting work and assist clients on investment projects, enterprise establishment, mergers and acquisitions, for both local and foreign enterprises.
Dieu joined LLVN at the end of 2021 and has since been continuing assistance to the attorneys of LLVN in various specialized fields such as conducting legal compliance reviews of business operations for clients (“Legal Healthcheck”), engaging in restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions, contract transactions, and new investment projects, performing procedures for enterprise and investment registration certificates for foreign investors in Vietnam. Additionally, she has also been involved in commercial and civil litigation.
Dieu has completed the Lawyer training programs at the Judicial Academy in 2022. Currently, she is pursuing a master's degree in law while simultaneously practicing specialization and completing the necessary bar-probationary period to become a lawyer.
