Greetings to all!

Skylar welcomes you again to Lawlink’s broadcast for this week. So, as a good start, I would like to pass some good news, especially for investors and small businesses: since May 15, 2020, there will be four new business groups that would allow the investors to be entitled to certain incentives, under Decree 37 of the Government.

The new business groups are:

1. Business investment in product distribution chains of small and medium-sized enterprises;
2. Business investment in incubation facilities for small and medium-sized enterprises;
3. Business investment in technical facilities supporting small and medium-sized enterprises;
4. Business investment in a common working area for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups.
The addition of these groups is to ensure compliance with the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 33 of Vietnamese Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises 2017.

If you are preparing to invest in an industry that is one of the 27 industries specified in Decree 118/2015, or one of the 4 new additional industries as I just mentioned above, you should take note of such changes when registering to ensure the receipt of benefits!
