Having known as an experienced lawyer and public notary with more than 20 years of experience in the area of litigation and dispute resolutions, specializes in handling cases in construction, real estate, insurance, and intellectual property violation.
Thanh was the Managing Lawyer at Saigonlaw Office, and Head of Legal & Compliance Department to numerous of large companies in Vietnam doing business in real estate, construction such as Dat Xanh Group, Hoa Binh Construction, and Real Estate Corporation...
At Lawlink Vietnam, Thanh handles litigation, debt settlement, legal services related to real estate and construction, and litigations & dispute resolutions.
The philosophy which is his “guidance” to practice law is “Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbor to compromise whenever you can. As a peacemaker, the lawyers have a superior opportunity of being a good man. There will still be business enough” (by Abraham Lincoln).
Although he soon gave up journalism with the prospect of winning a Pulitzer someday, photography is still his number one hobby. Every moment of our "realism" is recorded by him, and it is very difficult for us to choose an "eye-catching" photo of him to display on the Company's brochure!
